We'll email your stamp layout within 24 hours for your review and approval.

Production

Once you approve your layout, we'll begin production, perform a final quality check, and ship your order.

Delivery

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

How long does the process take?

Day 1: Layout creation and approval
Day 2: Production and shipping preparation
Days 3–5: Delivery (depending on your location)

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to production capacity. Availability is not guaranteed.

Please call us at (02) 8633-8415 to check availability and place your order. If your rush order is accepted, we can arrange same-day delivery within Metro Manila and other areas serviceable by Lalamove, Grab, or Move It.

Do you issue official receipts?

Yes. We issue BIR-registered Official Receipts. Before adding the item to your cart, use the Additional Instructions field to request one and provide the information you would like to appear on it. You may also request one during the layout approval process.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Maya, Grab, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Billease, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I order different stamps in one order?

Yes. You can order multiple stamps in one order. Simply add your first stamp to the cart, continue shopping, then add your remaining stamps before checking out. We'll send a separate layout for each stamp for your approval before production begins. Ordering multiple stamps in a single order also helps you save on shipping by combining your items into one shipment.
