At QUICKPRINTS, we understand how important your order is. That’s why every shipment is covered under our Worry-Free Delivery Guarantee, giving you peace of mind from checkout to delivery.

What’s Covered

Loss – If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier: For paid orders, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. For Cash on Delivery orders, you may request a free replacement at no additional shipping cost.

Damage – If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll assess whether the issue is due to courier handling or a factory defect. Replacements are offered only for damages not caused by customer error. For cases like ordering the wrong size, submitting incorrect details, or using a paper stamp on plastic, please refer to our Refund Policy for full guidelines.

Delivery Delays – If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, you may request a replacement or refund, subject to evaluation. Please be advised that exceptions apply, particularly for deliveries to remote areas serviced by LBC or J&T. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—such as typhoons, road closures, or other force majeure events.

How It Works

Place your order – All orders are automatically covered.

Track your parcel – Updates will be sent via email, or you can track your package anytime at https://quickprints.ph/tools/tracking.

Report issues – If there's a problem with your delivery, email support@quickprints.ph within 48 hours of delivery or after the expected arrival date if the parcel is not received.

We resolve it – Our team will assist you promptly.

Note: Coverage is valid only within the Philippines. Damage claims must include photo proof. All claims are subject to courier verification and case review.


📦 Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure that your custom stamps are delivered safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will prepare it for shipping.
A layout of your custom stamp will be emailed to you within 24 hours for approval. Once approved, we proceed with production and delivery.

Shipping Methods
We deliver nationwide via J&T Express and LBC Express.

Standard Shipping
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Timelines are estimates. Delays may happen due to weather, courier backlogs, holidays, or late layout approvals.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may apply during certain promotions, which will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also track your package through https://quickprints.ph/tools/tracking.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@quickprints.ph. We’ll assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. QUICKPRINTS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
